        I had a computer full of useless expensive software I couldn't understand, and half a dozen places taking my money each month; my phone hardly rang.

        I became fed up with this "secret knowledge" required to successfully bring a web site online. Why does everything cost so much and take so long? Why couldn't I get a straight answer about delays? Why doesn't the marketing plans I pay for work?   Why Why Why, these people were driving me nuts!
